The US Economy – “Are We Headed Towards a Great Depression?!”

The quick answer to this Title is No!

We are not headed for a great depression.  If you’ve seen any new on the financial front lately, you’ve seen nothing good.  The housing industry seems to be in free fall, the mortgage crisis, major companies like AIG file-ing for

bankruptcy right and left, the collapse and buy out of several major banks, the big 3 american car companies asking for a balilout otherwise they will go bankrupt, the federal government barrowing hundreds of Billions of

dollars for Bail outs of major US companies including the Big 3 auto makers not to mention high unemployment numbers and the stock market crashing.  Are you depressed yet, should I go on?  Ok I know it is depressing

but, hear me when I say we are not headed for a “Great Depression!”  As a country America has come through a lot of tough times. Our country has faced a civil war, has one 2 world wars and come through a great depression

and worst terrorist attack our country has faced. Every time America has faced unbelievable odds of overcoming a challenge there have been people that have said America would fail, and every time they have been wrong! 

America faces a challenge once again in the form of a deep recession but, if you believe in our way of life and in American capitalism like I do.  Then you believe we will succeed.  America is far from being over.  Some say

that our country’s story is just beginning.  We are the greatest country that God has put on the face of the earth.  So remember that the next time someone says America is finished and can’t recover from this financial crisis.
