President Elect Obama

President and Vice President Elect

In a little more then 40 days the United States of America will swear in a new president.  With all of the financial problems going on in our country the next president has his work cut out for him.  Allthough I don’t agree with alot of President elect Obama’s economic policies or other polices he has,  I do pray for him and our country.  Our country will make history on January 20th 2009.  Electing the first african american as president of the United States.  I may not agree with alot of his policies, but I am proud of how far we have come as americans in 40 years.  From the civil rights riots in the 60’s to now.  May God bless our new President and may God bless the United States of America.

The Last Presidential Debate 08

In just a few minutes the last US Presidential debate will commence at Hofstra University in New York.  The moderator for tonights’ debate will be Bob Schieffer.  With Senator John McCain trailing behind Senator Barack Obama in the polls, all eyes will be on John McCain to see if he can muster something to bring him up in the polls.  I’ll let you know what I think of the debate in the next few days.  Plesase send me your comments and tell me who you think won the debate and who you think should be the next President.
